Freedom Of Information
The Freedom of Information Law gives the public a new right to see or obtain copies of records held by public authorities in the Cayman Islands. The objectives of the law are to promote accountability, transparency and public participation throughout Government.
The Department of Immigration is committed to fulfilling it's responsibilities under the new legislation, and will regularly be posting key documentation in this section.
