TO ADD A DEPENDANT	Payable at time of application	Payable upon collection if application is approved

In the case of a work permit holder employed in domestic or unskilled work	n/a	CI$250 per dependant per annum
In the case of any other work permit holder	n/a	CI$500 per dependant per annum
Repatriation fee	n/a	CI$200 per dependant

TO SHARE A VALID WORK PERMIT WTH A SECOND EMPLOYER	Payable at time of application	Payable upon collection if application is approved

Variation Fee:
(a) where the fee payable for the grant of the permit in the second employment  attracts no higher fee than that paid for the permit being varied	n/a	CI$100
(b) where the fee payable for the grant of the permit in the second employment is higher than that paid for the permit being varied	n/a	An amount equal to fifty per cent of the higher fee

 

TO CHANGE A JOB TITLE	Payable at time of application	Payable upon collection if application is approved
Application Fee	CI$50	n/a
Variation Fee:
(a) where the fee payable for the grant of the permit in the new job title attracts no higher a fee than that paid for the former job title	n/a	CI$100
(b) where the fee payable for the grant of the permit in the new job title is higher than that paid for the former job title.	n/a	An amount equal to fifty per cent of the higher fee
