R22-33 – Surviving Spouse of a Caymanian

When you wish to apply to the Chief Immigration Officer/The Secretary, Caymanian Status and Permanent Residency Board for the right to reside in the Cayman Islands when your Caymanian spouse has passed away.

What happens next?

  A letter will be sent to you, notifying you of the decision.  There is no right of appeal under this section of the law.
