Right to be Caymanian Form
Use this form:
When you wish to apply to the Caymanian Status & Permanent Residency Board for the Right to be Caymanian under the following grounds:
If you are applying for the Right to be Caymanian on the grounds of naturalisation;
If you are applying for the Right to be Caymanian by virtue of the fact that you are married to a Caymanian;
If you are applying for the Right to be Caymanian on the grounds of descent;
If you are applying for the Right to be Caymanian on the grounds that you are the surviving spouse of a Caymanian;
If you have Caymanian Status which will expire when you reach 18 and are 17 years of age or above.

- What happens next?

If the application is approved, a letter will be sent to you, notifying you of the decision.
- If the application is refused, an appeal against the decision of the Caymanian Status & Permanent Residency Board to refuse the application may be made to the Immigration Appeals Tribunal within twenty-eight days of the communication of the decision.
